Email list gathering

I'm looking to gather email addresses from companies for marketing purposes. The emails must be company emails, not private emails. The purpose of gathering the emails is to use them for marketing campaigns. I need someone who is experienced in list gathering and knows how to properly identify target company emails. Looking for an email database builder

Requirements:
- Should know how to find the right data
- Should already have processes and tools in place to handle building 30,000+ emails per month for us and for clients
- Should know how to remove/avoid duplicate data
- Should know how to build and verify data
- Should be fluent in English
- Already worked with 20+ businesses

Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye out for the latest and greatest tools for building and verifying email data
- Build list for us and for clients (we already have the criteria and will provide it to you)
- Ensure lists have no duplications
