Email campaign delivery

I have a 100k list and the email in HTML format and I used to send my emails purchasing an SMTP service. They no longer work for me because they started blocking my account to convince me to pay for a different service that they offer, Email list verification.
I need a person with experience in email campaign and SMTP configuration to send the emails for me.
