Email avatar fix

I’m dealing with unreliable email delivery—some messages never leave the outbox, others vanish on the way in, and a few land straight in spam. I need someone who can quickly trace the root cause and put my account back on solid footing.

The domain sits on cPanel and I have full DNS control, so editing SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records is no problem if that proves to be the culprit. Should the fault lie within the mail client, SMTP settings, or server throttling, please adjust those as well and show me exactly what you changed so I can keep the setup healthy in the future.
