I have a short branded video and a basic mock-up ready; what I need now is a concise, friendly email plus a matching WhatsApp message that embed the video smoothly and make our potential customers stop scrolling and think, “I should check these people out.”
The core objective is brand awareness, so the copy should introduce us, highlight our value in a warm, conversational tone and close with a clear but low-pressure call to action that points readers to our site. Please keep the messaging consistent with the colours, fonts and voice shown in the mock-up I’ll share.
Key points I’ll look for:
• Snappy subject line and preview text that spark curiosity.
• Email body (around 150–200 words) with the video thumbnail linked to the hosted file.
• WhatsApp text (no more than 120 words) that delivers the same feel in a chat-friendly format, including the video link and an emoji or two where it feels natural.
