I have several upcoming email marketing pushes and need a talented designer who can jump in, drive the creative, and deliver polished visuals that convert. You’ll take the lead on concepting and producing modern, high-impact email templates in Photoshop, then extend the look to supporting banners, ad graphics, or social posts when required.

I’m counting on you to work independently—once we agree on the campaign direction you’re free to explore typography, layout, and colour choices that fit the message. A portfolio that proves you’ve done this before is essential; I want to see previous email designs as well as promotional graphics that show a solid grasp of hierarchy and clean composition.

Preferred tool: Photoshop (if you also sketch in Figma or Illustrator that’s great, but final files must come from Photoshop so my marketing team can tweak copy layers later). Clear communication is important—please be comfortable pitching your ideas and explaining the rationale behind them.

Key deliverables for each campaign:
• Editable PSD email template ready for slicing or export
• Matching promotional graphic set (banner sizes or social crops as discussed)
• Source files organised and labelled for easy hand-off
