I need an organised email-outreach coordinator who can take ownership of my prospecting pipeline from first touch to follow-up. Day-to-day, you will refine and segment existing contact lists, craft concise outreach sequences that feel personal, schedule them inside the platform I’m using (I’m on HubSpot at the moment, though I’m happy to shift if you have stronger workflows in Mailchimp or Salesforce), then monitor replies so no warm lead slips through the cracks.

Clear, measurable deliverables:
• Cleaned, well-tagged contact database ready for campaign launch
• Three multi-step email sequences written, scheduled and A/B tested
• Weekly report summarising send volume, open/click/response rates and next-step recommendations
