Email Newsletter Copywriting
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing an email newsletter campaign and need persuasive, brand-aligned copy that drives clicks and conversions. The task is strictly content writing—no design or coding—so you can focus on crafting words that sell.
Scope of work
• One full promotional email, approximately 200–300 words, written in an engaging, conversational tone.
• Compelling subject line and pre-header that encourage opens.
• Clear call-to-action phrased for maximum click-through.
• A/B alternative for both the subject line and CTA to give my team testing options.
• Copy formatted with headings and short paragraphs so the designer can drop it straight into the template.
What I’ll provide
• A brief on the product/service, target audience, and key value proposition.
• Brand voice guidelines and any mandatory phrases or disclaimers.
Success criteria
• Copy speaks directly to the identified audience, mirrors our brand voice, and highlights the primary benefit within the first two sentences.
• Subject line under 50 characters, pre-header under 90 characters.
• CTA phrased in active voice and placed no later than the third paragraph.
If you’ve written high-performing email newsletters before, especially for marketing campaigns, I’d love to see examples. Looking forward to working together!
