Email News Letters

We need someone to manage our weekly email news letters. I have attached a theme design that we have been using. We use Mail Chimp to send out our emails. We need someone who is good at design, has good knowledge of GDPR (ie Very important that people who opt out are removed from the mailing list).
So essentially we are looking for someone with an in depth knowledge of email marketing. Someone who can improve on what we have been doing. This will be a weekly project for the successful candidate.
