Job Description: I am looking for a highly technical Email Deliverability Specialist to audit and optimize my email campaign. My primary goal is to ensure 100% inbox placement and prevent my emails from landing in the spam folder.
Scope of Work:
Technical Audit: Review current sender reputation, check IP/Domain blacklists, and analyze existing headers using Google Postmaster Tools.
Authentication Setup: Correctly configure and align SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (targeting p=quarantine or p=reject enforcement).
Advanced Trust Signals: Implement BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) and ensure "Strict Alignment" for the domain.
Reputation Management: Set up and configure feedback loops with major ISPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook).
Warm-up Strategy: Provide a 14-day safe-sending "warm-up" schedule or configure an automated warm-up tool.
What I would like:
Proven track record of moving domains out of "Spam" into "Inbox."
Deep understanding of 2025/2026 ISP requirements (Google & Yahoo’s newest sender mandates).
Experience with [Insert your ESP here, e.g., Mailgun, AWS SES, Klaviyo, or Apollo].
Ability to provide a GlockApps or Seed List report showing verified inbox placement at the end of the project.
I have email lists and content to send.
I would like to find someone who has an infrastructure ready and warmed up to some degree. I could purchase some email addresses, but it would be better if they were already ready to go. I wonder what is possible. If I cannot find someone effective, I will set up my own email addresses and implement with hunter.io. Are you better?
