Email Marketing via Gmail

I need a person who can train me on sending emails via gmail. I want to send about 3000 emails everyday via gmail accounts. Please let me know if anyone knows about this trick and the person should train me on the same.

Please note : The one who has experience in it should apply. I need an authentic person who is seding about 3k-5k emails every day from gmail accounts or outlook accounts.
