Email Marketing Technician (Klaviyo Expert)

Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll help create, optimize, and manage email marketing systems for our clients. Your main responsibilities include:
• Setting up Klaviyo Flows (automated sequences) and email campaigns (broadcasts/newsletters).
• Managing store integrations within Klaviyo for seamless performance tracking.
• Building and formatting campaign content for high-impact results.
• Collaborating with our Strategist and Project Manager to execute marketing ideas using current tools and automations.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and loves to make things work beautifully behind the scenes.
You’ll be a great fit if:
• You’re extremely detail-oriented — you see both the small details and the big picture.
• You have strong English communication skills and can discuss technical concepts clearly.
• You’re highly organized, excellent at managing time, and capable of working independently.
• You take initiative, learn fast, and are always improving your craft.
• You can communicate complex ideas in simple, actionable ways.
• You’re attentive and thorough, understanding what each flow or campaign aims to achieve.
• You have hands-on experience using Klaviyo.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Experience with other email platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or SendinBlue.
• Familiarity with Asana, G Suite, Slack, and spam-testing tools.
• A solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategy fundamentals.
• Basic HTML editing experience — you don’t need to code from scratch, but should know your way around an email template.
• Exposure to a programming language or technical automation tools.
