Email Marketing Technical Set-up Specialist

I am looking for someone with email ESP expertise who can set up a new ESP for me, migrate data, set up sending domains (one for transactional emails the other for marketing), workflows, automation, and tag customers to orders to build meaningful customer segments.

Currently, I am with Mailchimp, but looking for another ESP marketing purpose.

My company is based in the UK but you could be anywhere...
