Email Marketing Strategy Coaching

I want to turn my email channel into a reliable sales engine and need an experienced coach to show me how. My current campaigns suffer from low open rates and disappointing click-throughs, so every session should be geared toward fixing those two metrics and, ultimately, boosting revenue.
Here’s what I expect us to work on together:
• A quick audit of my existing lists, segments and recent sends to pinpoint why opens and clicks are lagging
• Fresh, conversion-focused templates for promotional blasts (at least three versions I can A/B test right away)
• An engaging newsletter framework that keeps subscribers warm between offers
• A step-by-step drip sequence (5–7 emails) that nurtures new leads through to purchase, complete with timing, subject lines and primary calls-to-action
• Live guidance while I build each piece inside my ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar) so I can replicate the process later
• Actionable KPIs and a simple tracking sheet so we can measure improvements in real time
You’ll need a solid track record in email marketing strategy, persuasive copywriting skills and, ideally, prior coaching or mentoring experience so the sessions stay practical and hands-on.
