Email Marketing Specialist for Automated Campaign Setup (Espanol)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to set up and manage our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign management. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and automated marketing campaign to deliver at least 2 emails each month per person, per category.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using Omnisend (or a similar platform).
Create and manage automated workflows for different categories: Hypertension, Diabetic, Botox, Former Surgery, Glasses, Contacts, and High-Value Consultations.
Design and customize email templates using a drag-and-drop editor.
Implement segmentation to ensure personalized and relevant content for each category.
Schedule and send emails according to the content calendar.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing and automation.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization techniques.
Ability to design and customize email templates.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Additional Information:
You will be provided with an email list already separated into the required categories.
Content descriptions for emails will be provided. Articles can be created by the client's wife or sourced online.
The job involves implementing the action plan, including setting up segments, creating automation workflows, designing email templates, and monitoring performance.
