Email Marketing Specialist

I own Driving West Motor School in Perth (1000+ 5-star reviews). I need a freelancer to set up and design automated emails across Acuity Scheduler and Mailchimp.

Tasks:

Acuity Scheduler:

Redesign and style all automated emails (confirmation, reminder, reschedule, cancellation).

Apply consistent branding (logo, colours, fonts).

Mailchimp:

Set up and design a branded Welcome Email that sends automatically to new students.

Create a Congrats Email sequence for when students pass, including:

Their edited photo.

Congrats message + review request (Google & Facebook links).

Promotion of our manual & motorbike lessons.

Integration & Testing:

Integrate Acuity Scheduler with Mailchimp.

Test all automations and ensure they work smoothly on mobile and desktop.

Notes:

I will provide all the email wording/content.

Freelancer is responsible for design, branding, setup, and integration.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with both Acuity Scheduler and Mailchimp integrations.

Strong email template design skills (mobile-friendly).

Ability to edit/insert images and set up review request links.
