Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to manage our email campaigns and drive customer engagement. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing email templates, segmenting our customer base, and analyzing campaign performance. You should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and be familiar with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies
- Design and implement email templates and landing pages
- Segment customer database and create targeted email lists
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar tools
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content
- A/B test subject lines, images, and other elements to optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
