Email Marketing Manager for Lead Campaigns EXPERT

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager EXPERT to oversee and optimize our outbound email campaigns for lead generation.

We already provide the leads, email marketing tools, and cover the cost of lead verification. Your job will be to manage the campaigns, verify the leads we provide, monitor performance, optimize messaging and sequences, and help us generate qualified booked calls.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, data-aware, and focused on improving results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and monitor outbound email campaigns
Verify the leads we provide before or during campaign execution
Optimize subject lines, messaging, and campaign performance
Review campaign metrics and identify areas for improvement
Help improve reply rates, lead quality, and booked call volume
Stay on top of campaign activity and performance consistently
Coordinate with our team to keep campaigns running efficiently
Review and validate lead quality based on our criteria
Book 1-2 calls per week

What We Need From You:

Experience managing email marketing or cold email campaigns
Experience verifying and reviewing lead quality
Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance tracking
Good copy sense for outbound messaging
Ability to test, adjust, and improve campaigns based on results
Strong communication and reliability
Experience generating booked calls

Compensation:
$100 fixed monthly retainer
$25 per qualified booked call
Optional performance bonuses may be discussed for strong results

A qualified booked call means the lead fits our target criteria and successfully books a valid sales call.
