Email Marketing Management & Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an expert to manage my email marketing through Office 365 and Apollo.io. The goal is to ensure optimum performance and deliverability across all mailboxes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure all Apollo user mailboxes correctly
- Maximize email sends while maintaining deliverability
- Identify and resolve any deliverability issues
- Monitor and tweak settings daily for 2 weeks post-configuration
The job has two phases:
- Phase 1: A fixed fee assessment and reconfiguration to be completed within 2-3 days. This phase is urgent and needs to be done by Friday EOD.
- Phase 2: After the initial configuration, I will need your assistance for half an hour daily for two weeks, followed by a weekly/on-demand model as we scale and add more inboxes.
Success will be measured primarily by deliverability rates. Experience in email marketing, email deliverability troubleshooting, and proficiency with Office 365 and inbox warm-up tools is crucial.
