Email Marketing - Maichimp Journey

Propose a plan for utilizing Mailchimp journey to automate marketing to a growing mail list. The journey should cater for a monthly email over a year to new members.

This is more marketing orientates than the physical Mailchinp work which I would create myself.
I am looking for someone with the ability to define the journey and detail for the 12 emails....
