Email Marketing Help

I have a very basic email marketing campaign setup and I would like someone audit and advise on best steps.
Its an email mail out pushing customers to a squeeze page.
I am using Beefree to create the email and Sendy to send out on mass.
Squeeze page is built in Elementor.
That's it. I don't know if that's the normal or if there are better ways to do this.
I think this is an audit/advice and guidance gig.
Email marketing with automation perhaps? I have zapier/slack/google and various other tools which I can use to assist.
