Email Marketing Campaign -- 3

I need someone to conduct email campaigns for an organization. Roughy 3000 emails (6-8 separate campaigns) per month. I need someone who can create email content to increase the open rate and provide me with detailed reports regarding open rates, the number of clicks, etc... for each campaign.
