Email Marketing Automation

I have a house cleaning business. I currently use Launch27 Customer relationship management software and Mailchimp email marketing service. I would like help linking the two so they work more succinctly together. The capability is there. I would like help with designing some email templates to be more aesthetically pleasing. And I want a defined customer email path as they become a customer. For example: First email is welcome email. 2nd email describes benefits of being a customer, etc. Finally I would like to build form on my website that captures inquiring customers data: name, email, phone number and remarkets to them through Google ads and email marketing.
