AI Email Marketing Agent
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking to put an AI-powered assistant at the heart of my email marketing. The agent must let me design multiple reusable templates through a set of predefined, drag-and-drop layouts; keep all of my leads in one place with the ability to tag them by interest; and then schedule campaigns so the right message lands in the right inbox at the right time. Automatic segmentation based on those interest tags is essential.
A clean web dashboard, desktop utility, or well-documented script is fine so long as it is easy to set up and can connect to a common SMTP or transactional service such as Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, or similar. Python, Node, or another modern stack will work—as long as the code is tidy and future-proof.
Deliverables
• Fully working agent covering template creation, lead management, interest-based segmentation, and scheduling
• Source code with clear setup instructions
• At least three sample template layouts to demonstrate the system
• Short guide (or screen-recorded walkthrough) showing how to add leads, assign interests, create a campaign, and verify that only the matching segment receives the email
Acceptance criteria
• I can create or import a lead, tag it with an interest, pick any sample template, schedule a send, and watch the email go only to that segment without manual filtering.
