Email List Gathered

I need someone to put together a list of sustainability managers for county and city governments for Georgia and Florida. I would ask that you describe how you will do it (on your response or private msg). I will only pay if the list is good quality and it will be tested using a random selection of 30 emails for validity. If for some reason, 40% or more of the sample is invalid or outdated then the project would be considered incomplete. I am not attempting to get away without paying. However, I need a good quality list and not garbage.
