Email Deliverability Expert Needed

I'm in need of a seasoned technical expert in email deliverability, who can assist in fixing the issue of our domain being flagged as spam.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Gmail's email delivery system, also optionally with GoHighLevel marketing system
- Proven track record of resolving email deliverability issues
- Knowledge and implementation of email authentication methods such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, although we have checked and these are set up correctly
- Ability to review and clean email lists
We believe we have addressed the issue by implementing a double opt-in for a GHL database that created the issue - now we need to fix the spam list issue so we can start getting emails through again.
