Email & Course Tech Audit

I run a video-based course and the back-end needs swift, surgical attention. All messages go out through SendGrid; at the moment only the welcome-email automation is live, yet we’re seeing an unacceptably high bounce rate. On the course side, a handful of students report playback stalls, odd permission errors, and occasional upload failures.

Here’s what I need from you right away:

• Email Infrastructure
– Audit authentication, suppression lists, and sending reputation in SendGrid
– Clean up the existing welcome-flow and make sure every message clears spam filters
– Document every change so I have a clear paper trail

• Course Tech
– Replicate and resolve the playback, access, and upload glitches in the video classroom
– Patch or configure until the experience is rock-solid on desktop and mobile
– Log fixes and outline any preventive maintenance I should schedule

Once things are stable I’d like to keep you on retainer for periodic updates and troubleshooting, so please work autonomously, keep succinct notes, and flag anything that still needs my input.
