I am looking for a freelancer who can develop two tools for me: one for email validation and one for email sending.

Preferred Email Sending Tool: Mailchimp. (Desktop Version)

Frequency of Email Sending: Weekly

Requirements:
- The email validation tool should be able to validate a bulk of 50,000 emails weekly.
