Email Blaster

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop or set up an email blaster for my business. My target audience is potential customers and my goal for this email campaign is to increase sales. I want the email to include informative content that will engage the reader and encourage them to take action. Roughly 300 to 500 emails a day. Should be able to build a list and weed out duplicates.
