Email-Based Employee Newsletter

I need help turning our scattered updates into a polished internal newsletter that lands straight in every employee’s inbox. The focus of each issue will be an engaging Employee Spotlight section that highlights individual achievements and personal stories so our people feel seen and connected.

Here’s what I’m after:

• An attractive, mobile-friendly email template set up in the platform you recommend (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Clear copy and layout guidelines for the Employee Spotlight feature—think interview prompts, photo specs, and a repeatable structure.
• The first completed edition, ready to send, so I can see the full flow from content gathering through distribution.

Company news and upcoming event blurbs might be added later, so the template should leave room for those without overshadowing the spotlights. If you’ve produced internal newsletters before, especially ones that rely on storytelling and strong visuals, I’d love to see examples.
