B2B Email Automation and Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a skilled freelancer with proven experience in email automation and outreach campaign management, specifically using tools like Apollo.io or GMass integrated with Gmail.
You will help us build and maintain automated email sequences for B2B clients in the telecommunications and digital marketing sectors, primarily targeting businesses in Italy and the UK.
? Your Responsibilities:
Set up and manage email outreach sequences using Apollo.io or GMass
Integrate contacts from Google Sheets or CRM into email campaigns
Personalize email content based on client type and stage in the funnel
Monitor open rates, reply rates, and improve sequence performance
Create custom follow-up logic for unanswered emails
Use data to optimize campaign performance
(If using Apollo.io) Support lead generation and segmentation through filters and scraping
Maintain inbox hygiene and follow proper email sending limits
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience with Apollo.io or GMass
Familiarity with Gmail integration and G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Google Contacts)
Excellent written English (Italian is a bonus)
Attention to detail, especially when building personalized sequences
Strong analytical mindset to improve email KPIs
Understanding of cold email best practices and GDPR compliance

Knowledge of B2B outreach in the telecom/digital marketing industry
? Project Details:
Remote, part-time (with potential for long-term collaboration)
Estimated workload: 5-10 hours/week to start
Clear deliverables and performance metrics
