Dupa Trio - email distribution

Hey I have a Jazz trio by the name, "Dupa Trio", based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
I am looking for a creative person who would like to work with in order to get more booking for my jazz band.
we have the material (social media, landing pages, promo video,pics,, detailed email you can send)
basically I want to reach out to as many booking agencies trying to pitch them out band in order for them to sell it for their client.
the person I want to hire will need to:
1. find the relevant agencies, wedding planner, festival producers and such, of course I will guide him and help him.
2. send 50-100 emails per day to those relevant people, only the first email, any email that will come after I will deal with for now :)
my budget for this is 150 euro per month.
