Scope of Work
We are looking for someone who can provide ongoing monthly marketing support, including:
Email Marketing
* Create 1–2 professional email campaigns/templates per month
* Develop promotional and seasonal campaigns
* Improve customer retention and repeat purchases
* Recommend email automations and customer segmentation
* Manage or assist with email marketing through Omnisend
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
* Create 1–2 Meta ad creatives/templates per month
* Write ad copy and headlines
* Recommend audience targeting strategies
* Review ad performance and provide optimization suggestions
* Help improve conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Marketing Strategy
* Review our current website and marketing efforts
* Provide monthly recommendations for growth
* Suggest promotions, bundle offers, and customer acquisition strategies
* Help build brand awareness and customer loyalty
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CBD, vape, wellness, or regulated-product e-commerce brands
* Experience with Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp
* Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer retention
* Ability to provide examples of previous work and results
Monthly Deliverables
* 1–2 email marketing templates/campaigns
* 1–2 Meta ad creatives/templates
* Marketing recommendations and growth strategies
* Basic monthly performance review
