Data Base Reactivation (DBR)

I have some clients that have large data bases (emails) that I need to run a "Reactivation Campaign" on. These clients typically have >10k email lists that are in various stages that need to be cleaned, and the people on these lists re-engaged to increase the value of the list to my clients. I would like to run an email marketing campaign in order to achieve this.
