I need someone I can count on every single day to make sure our audience never misses an update. The task is straightforward yet detail-oriented: take the copy and creatives I’ll send you, turn them into a polished email for our subscriber list, and publish the same material on a handful of partner blogs and websites.

Consistency is everything here. Notifications must go out and posts must go live on the agreed schedule without fail, so I’m looking for a freelancer who is organised, time-conscious, and comfortable double-checking links, formatting, and basic tracking parameters before hitting “send” or “publish.”

You’ll have direct access to my email marketing tool and the CMS dashboards for the blogs/websites. If you already know your way around common platforms like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, or similar, you’ll be up to speed in no time.

Deliverables each day:
• One formatted email campaign sent to the list (test + live send)
• Matching promotional post published on designated blogs/websites
• Quick confirmation back to me with links or screenshots so I can verify everything went out as planned
