DNS & Email Deliverability Fix

Job ID: 40312087

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My Outlook mailboxes and our SendGrid account should be working together smoothly, yet right now leads often tell us they never see our messages, open rates are tanking, and too many emails end up in the junk folder. I suspect the root cause sits in the DNS layer—SPF, DKIM, DMARC, maybe even an overlooked MX or CNAME—but I need an expert eye to confirm and correct everything.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Audit every DNS record tied to our sending domains
• Align SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for both Outlook and SendGrid so they pass with a clean “green” on common testing tools (e.g., MXToolbox, Google Postmaster)
• Remove or consolidate duplicate or conflicting records
• Provide a concise report showing the before-and-after state, test results, and any ongoing maintenance advice

Acceptance criteria:
1. Test emails from Outlook and SendGrid show 10/10 on Mail-Tester and land in Gmail and Outlook inboxes—not spam.
2. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all pass with no soft-fail or neutral status.
3. Clear documentation of the final DNS settings is delivered.

If you’ve solved similar deliverability headaches before, I’m ready to give you immediate access to our DNS manager and SendGrid dashboard so we can get this fixed quickly.
