Customer Celebration Email Template

I need help designing a Hubspot email template that we can send to our customers celebrating different milestones. For example, if one of our customers crosses over 100 Total Google reviews, we want to send an automated Congratulations email. The design should be in the brand's color scheme provided at the bottom of the attached document.
