we have one email id
price, supplier name, supplier email id, which brand, date of email - it will grab all old emails – database link with AI
email id for rfq- any email coming from customer it creates an ticket as an enquiry – we can use keyword only that email convert as an unique ticket id
then centralize this like brand in different column – item description in different column – qty in diff column
then our vendor database – brand wise option to him we want to send email it will show list of suppliers from our database
also to search new supplier from chat GPT/ AI with there email id and option to send email to them as well.
If no reply then auto reminder in 24 hrs
Pop up- against which rfq who submit the quote and comparison of rfq prices – if more than one vendor – send order to supplier with terms and conditions options
Submit prices to customer in pdf form or email template ( need both) then auto reverify after 24hr that he got quote.
Then one more email after 48 hrs for feedback of quote. Then auto close.
After getting po from customer. We can place order from crm
Also follow up from supplier as per date of delivery given by him
