Create Newsletters for email marketing campaign

I'm looking for somebody that can make for me the newsletters for my website for get new clients or/and send promotions for old clients by email marketing. So i need that you have experience creating newsletters with good designs for call to action to the potentials clients.
You must do the html and images.
