Create HTML emailer for envato elements

I need a freelancer to create an HTML emailer for Envato Elements. The target audience for the emailer is marketers. I prefer a multi-column layout for the emailer. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating HTML emailers and designing for marketing purposes. NOTE: The emailer is to be uploaded on Envato Elements. The freelancer is also required to upload the project on Envato. It is important that the freelancer is able to work within the guidelines set by Envato Elements for email marketing.
