Correctly set up Klaviyo with Shopify store , optimise automated email flows and create email marketing campaigns

I own a water filtration ecommerce business which has been growing for almost 1 year. We have gathered 830 email subscribers and want to start utilising email marketing more effectively.
I am looking for someone to firstly help ensure the integration between Klaviyo is set up correctly, to ensure all subscribers are in one big list.
We already have a couple of email flows in place that I would also like to optimise.
And ongoing, I would like someone to help create email campaigns perhaps twice per month, which will first of all need to be approved by myself.
I am looking to work with someone who has a strong technical understanding of Klaviyo as well as creative experience in creating email creative designs and copy.
