Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My domain’s messages are clipping spam filters more often than I’d like, so it’s time to tighten the authentication layer and boost overall deliverability. I already host mail through a third-party service (neither Google Workspace nor Microsoft 365), but the DNS for the domain is under my control.
What I need done
• Generate and publish correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that align with the sending IPs and domains used by the service.
• Verify the records propagate properly, then run tests (e.g. MXToolbox, Gmail Postmaster, DMARC analyzers) to confirm passes on SPF, DKIM and a “quarantine or reject” DMARC policy.
• Provide a short hand-off note so I know where each record sits in the DNS zone and how to adjust it later if a sender is added.
Acceptance is complete when test messages consistently land in the inbox and every check shows green across SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
