I need a concise survey created to capture product-satisfaction insights from my customers, delivered by email and phone. The questionnaire should blend closed-ended questions (e.g., quick multiple-choice or rating items for easy quantification) with a few open fields that let respondents elaborate on issues, improvements, or standout moments.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A clear set of survey questions focused only on how users feel about the product.
• An email-friendly layout: brief introduction, well-spaced questions, and a persuasive subject line to nudge completion rates.
• Logic or branching where it makes sense, so customers aren’t shown irrelevant follow-ups.
• Copy that keeps total completion time under five minutes.
• A simple hand-off file—Google Form link, Typeform, or an editable Word/Google Doc—so I can review and send.
