Company HTML Email Templates, email marketing platform setup and introduction.

We want to design a set of html Email templates - Introduction Email, Welcome Email, Campaign Email, Offer Email and others. We would like to setup a platform - mile chimp or similar to be able to communicate with our clients and potential customers. We have no experience with those email marketing platforms. We need introduction. Polish Language will be a big advantage.
