E-Commerce Marketing Assistant Needed

I'm looking for a marketing assistant to help with various tasks for my e-commerce Homewares site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and optimize marketing funnel focused on conversion.
- Conduct in-depth market trends research.
- Install lead capture plugins (open to suggestions) and integrate with email autoresponder.
- Design high-converting lead capture forms.
- Set up automated abandoned cart workflows.
- Create, write, and set up abandoned cart emails.
- Design, write, and send newsletters using Yotpo.
- Create email marketing campaigns using Yotpo.
- Build and automate new purchase email nurture series.
- Develop product launch email campaigns.
- Automate flow systems in Shopify to maximize efficiency.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with email marketing and automation tools, preferably Yotpo.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketing funnels.
- Proficient in Shopify.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Creative writing skills for engaging email content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
