Cold emailer

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with email scrapping and cold emailing. The goal is to send out 100-200 cold emails that are targeted specifically at social media influencers and content writers. My goal is to generate leads, promote my services and build relationships. The right candidate should have knowledge and experience in this form of marketing. They should be able to work within the timeline and budget of my project.Im starting a drop servicing business so im willing to pay 30-40% of profit range to the cold emailer. I'm looking for someone who is a skilled communicator and has experience in using various email marketing software.
