We are currently doing Sales outreach to a variety of prospects.
However, in order to get a bigger open rate/reply rate, we need to customize/personalize email messages. Personalization includes a one-two liner intro for all the prospects that your job will be to find, identify, and record.
Personalization can include:
1. Latest LinkedIn post
2. Research they did
3. Big company announcement including the prospect
4. Big personal achievement
5. etc, etc you get the point

The idea is to grab their attention through email by letting them know that we did our homework, and we are not reaching out to them generically.
We will pay by the hour, and each week we will provide a list of prospects you need to work on. On average, it takes about 2-5 minutes to write a 1-2 liner for each lead.
