Cold Email Marketing Assistant

AdVictor Media is actively hiring for an email marketing assistant to assist us with our cold email marketing operations.
Job Scope:
Scraping for B2B leads based on our target audience
Using our email marketing tool to write, clean, and process personalized emails to recipients
Cleaning our cold email marketing list to ensure accuracy of the data (name, email, email content)
Exporting our cold email list DAILY into .csv file and uploading it into our CRM software to bulk send emails
We have an email marketing process in place and we need your help to execute it. We’ll train you on our process during onboarding. Please make sure you’re available for meetings.
Daily Deliverables:
1 .csv file with a list of 10-20 cold email recipients
Upload the .csv file into our CRM software to bulk send email at 6am Singapore Time
You will be required to attend meetings when needed to make sure our goals align with the work you’re doing.
Work Hours:
Not more than 5 hours a week

Pay:
100 USD / mo

At the end of every month
