Cold Email Expert - Appointment Setter for Logo Design Agency

We are a Logo Design and Brand Identity Design Agency looking for a Cold Email Outreach Expert who can help us get more leads and set appointments with interested buyers.
I'm looking for someone who has experience of generating leads and appointments for Digital Agency.
You must know and be master of the tools you'll use for cold emailing.
Following are key responsibilities
- defining the market/industry to target based on the portfolio we have
- selecting one industry/market and doing research how you can reach them to get appointments
- writing the outreach strategy on paper (i.e. google docs)
- generating targeted email list and verifying the emails using the tools that you feel most confident with
- writing the email sequence and follow up sequence
- writing custom first line for each email
- sending emails
- responding to the replies you get from the email
- defining and measuring KPIs
- setting appointments with the interested leads
