Cold Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Setup

I’m preparing a high-volume cold email campaign and need a specialist who can make sure every message actually lands in the inbox. I already have lists and an offer ready; what I’m missing is an airtight technical foundation and the know-how to keep my sender reputation clean.

Here’s what I’d like from you:

• Audit my current sending environment and highlight any gaps that could hurt deliverability
• Configure or migrate me to a robust platform (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or a comparable solution) and handle all DNS settings—SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domain, reverse DNS
• Build a warm-up plan and automate it so we avoid spam traps and blacklists
• Set up list-hygiene routines, bounce management, and real-time monitoring so we can spot issues before they snowball
• Provide a short playbook covering sending limits, content best practices, and metrics I should watch

I’ll give you immediate access to the domain registrar, hosting panel, and any existing ESP accounts so you can move fast. Once everything is in place, a brief Loom walkthrough or written handover is all I need to stay self-sufficient.
