Cold Email Campaign Manager

I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to run and monitor a cold email campaign. The infrastructure is already set up and the inboxes are fully warmed up — I just need someone to manage daily sending and keep things healthy.
What you'll do:

Send bulk outreach emails from an existing, warmed-up setup (campaigns and sequences already built)
Monitor sending daily — deliverability, bounce rates, open/reply rates
Watch inbox health and flag any deliverability or blacklisting issues early
Manage replies/categorise responses and keep the campaign running smoothly
Send me a short daily or weekly summary of key numbers

You should have:

Hands-on experience with cold email tools (Instantly preferred; Apollo, Smartlead, or similar fine)
A solid understanding of deliverability — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, spam avoidance
Attention to detail and consistency (this is a daily monitoring role, not set-and-forget)
Good written English for handling and triaging replies
Apollo/Instantly/Salesforce experience
